Dr. Carolyn A. Cricco
Dr. Carolyn Cricco launched Lotus Creek, LLC for purposes of encouraging authentic leadership, and business resiliency planning. Dr. Cricco’s research focused on understanding intrinsic motivation of individuals, while using design thinking strategies to build business models for organizations that have either experienced varying degrees of crisis or respond to communities impacted by such events. Dr. Cricco is also a career coach in areas such as leadership, negotiation, advocacy and empowerment.
